Gryphon Corporation was established in 2005 with its headquarters located in Southern California. Its ownership group has strong roots and a long standing history within the 12 volt industry that dates back to 1988. Originally started as a 12 volt distributor of installation hardware and accessories and quickly established itself as a leader in the industry for providing quality products and service. Gryphon is proud to introduce premium new brand names, Vission mobile entertainment and AutoGuard vehicle security to the consumer mobile electronics industry in 2011.
Vission mobile entertainment was created due to growing demands in the industry for a company that understands the customers’ needs by offering quality products at reasonable prices without sacrificing stringent quality control, features and craftsmanship. Vission’s philosophy is simple, “Luxury that is affordable,” the industry was comprised of two types of brands, the expensive top brand names and the run of the mill low quality low cost brands at the bottom. Gryphon saw the opportunity to gain the middle market and Vission was born. The entire product line offers a complete entertainment experience with LED picture clarity, DVD, USB, and SD reader standard on all overhead systems and headrest systems. In addition, the F9 overhead DVD system and A9 active headrest DVD system also includes industry first features such as infrared soft touch interface controls and magnetic locking mechanism on the F9 in place of traditional latch clips to prevent breaking from over usage. Vission will continue to strive and become the pinnacle of performance in brand name mobile entertainment.

AutoGuard offers a vast variety of remote transmitters for its complete line of one way alarm and remote start systems. The idea is to allow the individual to have a choice to choose any remote to fit their style and the class of vehicle they own. AutoGuard differentiates itself from its competitors that are complacent with offering generic designs and low build quality remote transmitters that easily break and frequently need to be replaced.
